to a local favorite

Meet the team

Julie and Greg began Classic Crust Mobile Catering with a fabricated 1946 Chevy outfitted with a Mugnaini all wood-fired oven and 3 beers taps; catering birthday parties, barn weddings, and everything in between. Catering events with a very unique Chevy truck serving up gourmet pizza is such a success that expanding the Classic Crust mobile brand to a Pizza Bar in Clifton Park made perfect sense.

What started as a wood-fired pizza truck serving weddings, parties, and special events has grown into one of the Capital Region's favorite destinations for handcrafted pizza, comfort food, craft cocktails, and unforgettable gatherings.

Since 2014, Classic Crust Pizza Bar has been built on a passion for great food, genuine hospitality, and bringing people together.

Jonesville

When the old Jonesville store came up for sale, Julie and Greg quickly took the opportunity to build a brick and mortar Classic Crust eatery. The location is perfect, and now there is a home base for Classic Crust mobile catering operation. Classic Crust Pizza Bar is a neighborhood restaurant nestled in Jonesville serving up delicious comfort food, great drinks and a great atmosphere.

After 23 years of marriage and 3 wonderful kids, Greg and Julie still operate their mobile catering truck! Catering service is still fully operational and growing. Classic Crust Pizza Bar can be experienced at your next event or just stop into the restaurant to get great wood-fired pizza, appetizers, specials and exceptional service.
